Raquel Donoso

Raquel F. Donoso is the Executive Director of the Latino Community Foundation, whose mission is to build a better future for California’s communities by investing in Latino children and their families.  

Prior to LCF she served as the Associate Director of Latino Issues Forum (LIF).  LIF is a statewide public policy and advocacy institute.  At LIF, Ms. Donoso championed several statewide policy campaigns, authored many groundbreaking reports, and initiated new corporate and donor development to expand the funding portfolio of the organization.  Ms. Donoso serves on the Board of Directors for Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific, Greenbelt Alliance, and GIRLS Inc., and the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health.  She was the co-founder and chairs the board of California Latinas for Reproductive Justice (CLRJ), a statewide reproductive health rights coalition.  She has also served on the California Women’s Health Advisory Committee, appointed by former Governor Schwarzenegger.  She holds a Master’s degree in public health and undergraduate degree from UCLA as well as the executive training program at the UCLA Anderson School of Business.
