Eric Sanabria

A recent first-generation graduate from Dartmouth College majoring in Government and Geography, Eric is the son of working-class immigrants from El Salvador and was raised South Central Los Angeles.  Eric led several student organizations, studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic, and developed a passion for social justice and politics during his undergraduate years.  He is also a co-president and a founding board member of the Los Angeles-based Traveling Spirits nonprofit organization, which aims to engage youth with issues related to global injustice through travel.

Currently, he is finishing up his fellowship at the Coro Center for Civic Leadership, where he participated in a 9-month graduate-level leadership program designed to provide grounded, holistic experiences in the arena of public affairs.  Afterward, he will be working at Alsop Louie Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco.
