Christina Sanchez

Christina is Deputy Organizing Director at Parent Revolution. Christina began her career as an Assistant Director of Admissions for her alma mater Yale University.  Then she returned to her home city of Los Angeles through the Teach for America program and taught English as a Second Language (ESL) and sixth grade Social Studies in East Los Angeles. After teaching she pursued her Master in Public Policy and Urban Planning from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. There she focused on local governmental and urban policy and participated in the City of Chicago’s Mayoral Fellows program. However, she found a class on community organizing to be the best fit for her strengths and interests. She now works at Parent Revolution in Los Angeles where she supports parents as they organize to improve their local public schools.
