Andres Sandate

Andres Sandate founded Endurance Strategies in 2010 to raise capital for a select group of investment advisors, hedge funds, private equity and venture capital firms.  He has worked with dozens of publicly traded, privately held and financial sponsor-backed companies based in the southeastern United States, successfully raising billions in debt financing in the past four years.  Andres was most recently Vice President of Loan Syndications at Regions Capital Markets, a division of Regions Financial, where he specialized in the origination and syndication of healthcare transactions and led the bank’s investor relations, sales and marketing efforts for syndicated commercial and industrial loans.  Prior to his role at Regions Capital Markets, Andres worked in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he was a member of the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team.  Andres earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas.  Andres is a registered representative of Patrick Capital Markets, Member FINRA/SIPC, and holds Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Leadership and Involvement

In addition to running Endurance Strategies, Andres is currently President of the Atlanta Chapter of ALPFA.  ALPFA is the largest Latino association for business professionals and students in fields such as financial services, accounting, finance and related fields with chapters nationwide and over 15,000 members.

ALPFA is dedicated to enhancing professional and educational opportunities for Latinos and building leadership and career skills for its members.  ALPFA is a non-profit entity registered with the Internal Revenue Service.  Membership is open to anyone who shares ALPFA’s values, vision, and mission.
